Carmine Paolino, known as Crimson Lake, embarked on his musical odyssey seeded in the womb of a professional pianist mother, blossoming early with his immersion in classical music. This profound beginning set the stage for a diverse and eclectic musical journey. As a teenager, he explored various genres through his involvement in jazz, rock, and metal bands, laying a versatile foundation for his future endeavors.

He shared stages with notables like Arthur Robert, Gabriel Ananda, Ramon Tapia, and Karl Friedrich, playing in prestigious venues including SugarFactory and Ritter Butzke.

His sets, known for their eclectic blend of UK/Classic/Funky House, Techno, Breakbeat, and now Italo Disco, Disco House and Melodic House in particular reflect his wide musical taste.
